Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules for using TeamAI and its AI employees responsibly. It exists to ensure the safety, security, and legality of all activity on our platform — for you and for all our users.

By using TeamAI, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Permitted Uses

TeamAI is designed for legitimate business and personal productivity tasks. Permitted uses include but are not limited to:

• Business process automation and data entry
• Research, information gathering, and analysis
• Web browsing and online tasks
• Writing, editing, and content creation
• Software development and coding assistance
• File management and document processing
• Communication drafting and scheduling

Prohibited Activities

Illegal Activity

You must not use TeamAI to:

• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
• Access computer systems or networks without authorization
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

Harmful Content

You must not use TeamAI to create or distribute:

• Malware, viruses, trojans, or other malicious software
• Phishing pages or deceptive websites
• Content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against others
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
• Content that promotes terrorism or extremism

System Abuse

You must not:

• Attempt to break out of Docker container sandboxes or access the underlying host system
• Use containers for cryptocurrency mining or proof-of-work computations
• Consume excessive resources to degrade the service for other users
• Launch denial-of-service attacks or flood attacks from containers
• Run unauthorized network services, proxies, or VPNs within containers

Deception

You must not use TeamAI to:

• Impersonate real people or organizations without clear disclosure that an AI is acting on your behalf
• Create fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
• Engage in social engineering or manipulation of individuals
• Generate misleading or fraudulent documents

Spam & Scraping

You must not use TeamAI to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, emails, or communications
• Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service
• Perform mass automated outreach or account creation on third-party platforms

AI Employee Rules

When directing AI employees, you are responsible for ensuring they operate within these guidelines:

• Authorized access only — only instruct AI employees to access systems, websites, and accounts you own or have explicit permission to use
• No CAPTCHA bypass — do not use AI employees to circumvent CAPTCHAs or bot-detection systems on platforms that prohibit automation
• Monitor output — you are expected to review AI employee actions and outputs, especially before they are shared externally or used in important decisions
• Disclose AI involvement — when AI employees interact with third parties on your behalf (such as sending emails or messages), clearly disclose that AI is being used where required by law or platform policies

Resource Limits

Each subscription plan includes resource allocations for CPU, memory, storage, and desktop session time. Usage must remain within fair use of your plan tier.

TeamAI may throttle or suspend access if we detect usage patterns that significantly exceed normal levels or appear designed to abuse the service. We will notify you before taking action when possible.

Reporting & Enforcement

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any activity on TeamAI that violates this policy, please report it through our Contact page. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Enforcement Actions

Violations of this policy may result in the following actions, at our discretion:

1. Warning — notification of the violation with a request to stop the prohibited activity
2. Temporary suspension — restricted access to the platform while the matter is investigated
3. Account termination — permanent removal from the platform for severe or repeated violations

Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
