Refund Policy

Overview
TeamAI offers three subscription plans: Free ($0/month), Starter ($29/month), and Professional ($99/month). This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for each plan.
Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges. Since no payment is collected, no refund is applicable. You may use or stop using the Free plan at any time.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a new subscriber to a paid plan (Starter or Professional), you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Submit your request within 7 days of your first payment through our Contact page
- Include the email address associated with your account
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (this helps us improve)
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan upon refund.
After the Guarantee Period
After the 7-day guarantee period, subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel a paid plan:
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to paid features until the billing period ends
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused time within the billing period
Downgrades
If you downgrade from Professional to Starter (or from any paid plan to Free), the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then. No refund is issued for the difference in plan pricing during the current period.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside of the standard policy at TeamAI's discretion in the following circumstances:
- Extended service outages — prolonged platform unavailability that materially prevented you from using the service
- Billing errors — duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or charges made after cancellation
- Legal requirements — where required by Israeli consumer protection law or other applicable legislation

- Include the email address associated with your TeamAI account
- Describe the reason for your request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
